Case-IH STX375 Quadtrac:
Model: Case STX 375 Quadtrac, manufacturing year 2005, serial number JEE0105825.
Tractor is “ bareback” which means that there is no PTO, and no 3 point hitch. It is possible to buy this equipment for “field installation”. Tractor hours is about 2975.
Engine is a 15 liter Cummins diesel, with about 375 horsepower, if you need more power, it is possible to adjust diesel injektionpump, engine and all transmission is the same as STX 440, STX 450, STX 480. I have not done any of this. There is a lot of “hidden” horsepower in this tractor. The tractor is sold as a scraper version, this means that it have stronger belts with more thread, it has reinforced drawbar with scraper hitch and a tow cable. It also have a big hydraulic pump (216 l/min)who give more oil to scraper work( if you want to work with two scrapers.)
This tractor has only been doing scraper work for about 1000 hours, before this is has worked on a farm.
One belt is 100 % new, one has worked fore 500 hours, one for 1000 hours, and the last has worked since the tractor was born.
About 2000 hours we had a serious damage on the transmission, the 5. gear drops out, and the could not drive.
For my luck, I had a insurance for this damage, and a new factory transmission gearbox was installed. You can se the invoice for this repair, it is done by a Case dealer.
